Kinjirushi Wasabi Salt is mixed Genmai(Brown rice flour) with domestic Hon Wasabi Leaf to create its rich flavor. Simply sprinkle on it to add the flavor of wasabi. Since the domestically-selected wasabi leaves with specially selected vivid color are used, the wasabi salt green color is very dark, so that it enhance the color of dishes. It goes well with fried food and meat as well as Japanese food.
