Yukitsubaki (Snow Camellia) is the prefectural tree of Niigata, and this combined with the region's snowy landscape (Nanatani) inspires the brand name. The brewery uses yeast extracted from the Yukitsubaki flower, adding an interesting touch that enhance the local character.
